SONG OF SOLOMON 2:8-13
METER:  9 7 11 9 7 11 10 10
TUNE:  SPIRIT SONG (John Wimber)

1.  Oh, hear the voice of my be-lov-ed!
    He comes leap-ing on the hills.
    My be-loved is like a young stag or ga-zelle.
    He stands be-hind the wall and gaz-es
    Through the win-dows of my house.
    My be-lov-ed speaks, and this he says to me:
    "Rise, my be-lov-ed; come, O come a-way;
    Rise now, my fair one; come, O come a-way."
2.  For now the win-ter-time is o-ver,
    And the rain is past and gone,
    Flow'rs ap-pear upon the earth--it's time to sing!
    We hear the tur-tle-doves now sing-ing,
    And the fig tree puts on figs;
    Bloom-ing vines give off their fra-grance ev-ery-where.
    "Rise, my be-lov-ed; come, O come a-way.
    Rise now, my fair one; come, O come a-way."
