1. Come, let us sing unto the Lord,
Unto our saving rock with joy.
Before him come, and give him thanks;
Make joyful noise with songs of praise!
For God the Lord is very great,
A great king o'er all other gods.

2. The depths of earth are in his hand,
As are the highest mountain peaks.
The sea is his, for he made it;
With his own hands he formed dry land.
Come, let us worship and bow down,
Before our Maker kneel in awe.
He is our God, and we his folk,
The sheep he guards with his own hand.
3. Oh, hearken to his voice today!
"Do not be stubborn in your hearts,
Like your forebears in deserts wild
Who saw my work, yet tested me.
That generation I abhorred
For forty years and said that they
Did err and not regard my ways.
In anger I gave them no rest."
