1. God com-mand-ed, heav-en o-pened,
Bread from heav-en poured on them.
Mor-tals ate the bread of an-gels,
God sent them a-bun-dant food.
God sent forth the east and south winds,
Rained down birds for them to eat.
'Round their tents the quails came fall-ing,
They ate and were sat-is-fied.
