This is the meter for the hymn known as "The Solid Rock" or "My Hope Is Built."
1. Please save me, God! Lord, help me now!
May those who seek to end my life
Fall into confusion and shame.
May those who rejoice o'er my woe
Be turned back and suffer disgrace,
May those who made fun of me be
Dismayed as they fall into shame.
2. May all who come to you rejoice;
May all who thank you that you save
Say now alnd always, "God is great."
But I am poor and am in need;
Hurry to help me, O my God!
You are my help, the one who saves--
Do not delay, but come to me!
