1. God, my God, I long for you,
My whole be-ing thirsts for you.
Like dry, wea-ry, ar-id land
My soul has de-sire for you.
I look in a ho-ly place
So I'll see your glo-rious might.
2. Your love's more than life to me,
And so I will praise your name.
God, I'll bless you all my life;
I will raise my hands in prayer.
I'm filled as though with fine foods;
I will sing your praise with joy.
3. I think of you on my bed,
Med-i-tat-ing through the night,
For you've al-ways been my help;
'Neath your wings I shall re-joice.
I will cleave my-self to you,
For your right hand keeps me safe.
