This is the meter of the hymn "Be Still, My Soul"
1. Save me, O God, by your might vin-di-cate me.
O hear my pray'r, and lis-ten to my words.
Proud, ruth-less ones rise up and want to kill me,
They do not care that God is be-fore them.
God is my help-er; he up-holds my life.
He will re-pay for the wrong they have done.
2. God, in your faith-ful-ness, put an end to them.
Free-ly Í'll off-er sac-ri-fice to you;
I will give thanks, O Lord, to your name ho-ly;
I will give thanks, for God, your name is good.
God has de-liv-ered me from ev-ery trou-ble.
I look in tri-umph on my en-e-mies.
