This is the meter of the hymn "Be Still, My Soul"
1. Save me, O God, by your might vindicate me.
O hear my pray'r, and listen to my words.
Proud, ruthless ones rise up and want to kill me,
They do not care that God is before them.
God is my helper; he upholds my life.
He will repay for the wrong they have done.
2. God, in your faithfulness, put an end to them.
Freely Í'll offer sacrifice to you;
I will give thanks, O Lord, to your name holy;
I will give thanks, for God, your name is good.
God has delivered me from ev'ry trouble.
I look in triumph on my enemies.
