This is the meter of such hymns as "Dear Lord and Father of Mankind."
1. Hap-py are those who fear the Lord,
Who live by his com-mands.
Your work will for your needs pro-vide,
And you shall ev-er hap-py be;
It shall be well with you.
2. Your wife will be a fruit-ful vine
Who dwells with-in your home;
Your child-ren like young ol-ive trees
Who sit a=round your table there;
So blest those who fear God.
3. May God from Zi-on bless you e'er.
May you through-out your life
Je-ru-sa-lem's well-be-ing see.
Grand-child-ren may you live to know.
