This is the meter for the hymn "O God, Our Help in Ages Past"
1. I lift my eyes up to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord our God,
Who made the heav'n and earth.
2. He will not let your foot be moved,
Your keeper does not sleep.
He does not slumber nor doze off
Who cares for Israel.
3. The Lord's the one who will keep you,
Your shade on your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day,
Nor shall the moon by night.
4. From evil God will keep you safe,
The Lord will keep your life--
Your going out, your coming in,
Now and forevermore.
