1. O Lord, how much I love your law!
I think on it through-out the day.
It makes me wis-er than my foes,
Your teach-ings al-ways stand by me.
2. I fath-om more than those who teach,
For I have stud-ied your de-crees.
Wis-er am I than ag-ed ones,
Be-cause your pre-cepts I be-lieve.
3. I have a-void-ed e-vil ways
Be-cause I want to keep your word.
I do not turn back from your ways,
For I have learned them from your mouth.
4. Your words are pleas-ant to the taste,
Sweet-er than hon-ey in my mouth.
Your teach-ings help me un-der-stand,
Thus ev-ery false way I ab-hor.
