1. Your laws are won-der-ful, O Lord;
There-fore my soul keeps them.
Your words' un-fold-ing gives forth light;
The sim-ple un-der-stand.
2. With open mouth I pant, O Lord;
For your laws I do yearn.
Turn to me and show me your grace,
As to all who love you.
3. You prom-ised you would stead-y me;
Let me not turn to sin.
Re-deem me from those who op-press,
That I may keep your laws.
4. Make your face shine on me, O Lord,
And teach me all your ways.
My eyes shed streams of tears, O Lord,
When your law is not kept.
